My Approach to Therapy

As an empath, intuitive, or highly sensitive person, you experience this world in a deeper, more complex, and intuitive way. You feel the joys and pains of other beings as if they were your very own. You feel and absorb everything around you within your own body – other people’s feelings, the energy of nature, the quality of events going on in the world. This can bring experiences of tremendous joy and love, as well as overwhelm, sacrifice, and suffering. With so much pain in the world, it's hard to discover what you need, or believe you deserve it. As an empath, intuitive, and highly sensitive person - I understand. I designed my practice to support people just like you - to help you create a life joyfully centered in your own sacred needs, gifts, and ways of being - and bringing that connection to others while staying centered within your own self. You deserve reciprocity. You deserve joy. It is my deepest value and belief that we have everything we need within us to heal. In fact - you most likely have been giving these gifts to others already! Practicing receiving care and reciprocity in relationships, while building sustainable community connections are key to healing as a neurodivergent highly sensitive person.

My Practice & Services

I support Queer and Trans magic makers, empaths, intuitives, and highly sensitive people to move from suffering and sacrifice to a life centered in reciprocal relationships, sustainable community, nourishment, and joy. Using a holistic blend of somatic, ecospiritual, and expressive arts therapy, we will work together to understand your unique gifts and ways of being, the impact of trauma and oppression on your nervous system and body, and support you in cultivating everything you need to create your empowered, rooted, and joyful life. We have a lot of ways to work together, from guided journaling to listening to music together to body awareness. Exploring in this way allows us to create healing on every level.
