My Approach to Helping
I specialize in non-ordinary states of consciousness, breathwork, deep healing, transcendental and unitive experiences and moving you beyond your biography using intuition and various seriously awesome transpersonal methods. Come heal your life.

Are you sad? Anxious? Find yourself depressed? Going through a difficult change in your life that you'd like some help with? My name is Chris. I am a Buddhist monk and a psychotherapist. I specialize in getting you back into your aliveness. My therapeutic style is non-judgmental, playful, fun and accepting. I look very much forward to helping you through this difficult time.
