We also specialize in helping people navigate moments where you've experienced a loss of meaning or purpose. We are here to support you as you face anxiety or depression, or even if youre just tired of feeling "MEH"! We work together to identify what truly matters to you. Then we create a plan to move toward a life filled with meaning, balancing self-honor with time for relationships and friends. Youll learn to separate your successes and failures from your sense of self-worth and free yourself from the negative stories your mind tells. For more than fifteen years, our team has occupied a number of roles that allows us to support you as you work through life-changing transitions and existential crises. Clients appreciate Liberated Mind's ACTive, values-based, goal-oriented approach. Our team is most helpful as a guide addressing anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, or other existential challenges related to finding meaning and purpose in your life. This often happens during a change you are experiencing; if you need relationship counseling or support with career changes, health challenges such as chronic pain, or even a loss of religious faith.
