Through personalized treatment planning, my goal is to equip clients with tools, knowledge, and evidence-based strategies to navigate and overcome challenges and move forward. I specialize in treating complex trauma, gender dysphoria, obsessive-compulsive (OCD), anxiety, and depression, and offer eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP) as evidence-based treatments.
