My Approach to Helping
Unresolved trauma, stress or challenging life events can lead to anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors, fears, phobias and negative behavior patterns. By tapping into the client's own internal strengths and inner wisdom clients are able to release stored traumas and move through these barriers to transform their life.

I create a safe, confidential and compassionate space for individuals and couples to explore issues from the past and present in order that they may step into a new, more positive future.

My style is relaxed, empathic and non-judgmental, however I believe in being direct and encouraging clients to move out of their comfort zone in order for the greatest healing and change to occur.
