I strive to offer and provide a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and validated. Although I am partial to the cognitive behavioral approach (CBT), my experience has allowed me to work from multiple modalities that best serve you and your needs. Together we will explore and discuss what will best work for you and your goals.
