I will help you transition from feelings of sadness, hopelessness,helplessness and anger, to believing in yourself. I help clients discover their self-worth so they can develop healthy relationships.

To please them you let your own needs be pushed aside to cater to the needs of others. You feel depleted, empty.angry. OR: YOUR relationship with your partner is crumbling. The problems you had with previous mates keep re-appearing, now with this current one. You feel you don"t deserve this, and its not your fault.
