My Approach to Therapy
Finding the right therapist can feel daunting. It might help you make your decision to know I felt I had to earn the right to accompany my clients on their psychological journeys. I earned that right not just through formal education, but also by embarking on the same psychological journey upon which I would ultimately accompany my clients.

One of my areas of expertise is grief and loss, having worked in hospice care for a number of years as the coordinator of the children's grief and loss program, helping to support and educate families and their children facing the loss of a loved one and providing therapeutic support through bereavement.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love being able to support and companion people in a way that facilitates significant changes in their lives. My passion for the field comes from personally witnessing the transformative shifts that can come from the therapeutic process. It's nothing short of miraculous and a privilege to be a part of.
