Fees: I accept all Aetna and Highmark insurance plans for Pennsylvania residents. I’m also an in-network provider for Meritain Health plans and BlueCross BlueShield Federal Employment Plans (fepblue).

My out-of-pocket rates are $200 for an initial 80-minute session and $150 for subsequent 50-minute sessions. I offer a free 15-min phone consultation to anyone interested in learning more.

For all other insurances I am considered an out-of-network provider and clients will be responsible for payment at time of service for the rates listed above. Some insurance plans offer coverage for out-of-network providers, and I can provide a superbill* for clients to submit for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed so I strongly encourage clients to contact their insurance providers directly to see if they offer coverage for Out-of-Network providers.
*A superbill is a statement of accounts that includes all the information such as diagnoses and procedure codes that insurance companies need in order to process a claim.

In my 10+ years of experience in the field of psychology, I have helped individuals overcome a broad range of challenges and mental health issues. My work draws from several evidenced-based therapeutic approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I tailor my therapeutic approach for each individual client to best meet their unique needs and goals.

I specialize in individual therapy for teens and adults. I treat a broad range of issues with a focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma. For those looking to use their insurance benefits, I’m an in-network provider for Aetna and Highmark insurance plans.

More Info About My Practice

I provide therapy via a secure online platform, making it possible for clients to conveniently meet with me from any location. I do not currently provide in-person therapy sessions.

Adult Individual Therapy. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, providing one-on-one therapy sessions.

TeenAdolescent Therapy. I work with younger people above the age of 15 that are at the appropriate level of maturity to benefit clinically from my talk-based therapeutic approach. During a first session with a teen, I will determine if we are a good fit or if they would be better served by working with a child therapist or child psychologist. I’m passionate about working in this period of a young person’s life and find it rewarding helping them navigate the large changes they face.
