My Approach to Helping
Do you feel as if your life has become a constant internal battle?
Have you lost focus on your life and what you want?
Have your relationships become unsatisfactory?
Do you come from an ancestry of intergenerational trauma? Do you have family members whose drinking other drug use or other behaviors are causing you pain?
If your normal state of being is constantly run by an undercurrent of anxiety and depression, therapy can help you deal with these struggles in the presence of a helping other.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
Psychotherapy is a personal investment. It can be the one place where you can practice feeling safe and vulnerable. Although it may be a painful process, the freedom that comes from unloading your emotional and mental hurt can change your life. In therapy you can learn to look at your past and identify patterns that constantly show up in all of your relationships and interfere with your life and compassionately change the ways you relate to people. Past experiences do shape who you are today and you deserve to live beyond the chains of your past. I use Psychodynamic theory in conjunction to EMDR and somatic work to help create a wholesome experience in therapy. Remember, the only way out of the pain is through the pain. Get help today.
