My Approach to Helping

Are you repeating similar patterns and seeing the same results in relationships with family or friends, your job, and other areas of your life? You want something better but have doubts about things improving. We are all resilient and have a healthy capacity for change. Change happens when something different is done. Our life experiences influence who we are but they should not define us. Therapy offers the space and experience for understanding yourself better and empowering you to start positive change in your life by implementing effective solutions to resolve existing challenges. It allows you to move in a different direction.

You are the most important factor in the healing process. My approach is tailored to your needs and centered on your desire and vision for change in your life: it is solution-focused and built around your unique strengths to leverage and promote positive change to effectively resolve challenges in a manner most important to you.

Seeking assistance to begin your healing journey is not easy. It is a courageous first step, and I’m proud of you for wanting to invest the time and effort in yourself. I am ready, willing, and able to help you. Contact me at (626) 605-6506 for a free consultation so we can figure out how to work together to move you forward in your life.

More Info About My Practice

Due to COVID-19, I am only seeing clients via telehealth for the time being. When my office reopens, I will be seeing clients in-person at my office or via telehealth, based on their comfort level.

I am especially skilled at helping clients find relief from anxiety and depression, as well as in finding new meaning and direction during life transitions and after experiencing loss.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

I believe psychotherapy can help develop a deeper insight into how and why things happen to us. It can also effectively teach skills and strategies that can be used by us to empower ourselves to make effective change in our lives and allow us the ability to lead the lives we want.
