My Approach to Helping
Hello. My name is Tivona Perry. I have been a mental health therapist for seven years. I have worked as a crisis counselor for the Department of Mental Health crisis line and the Suicide Lifeline in addition to working in private practice.
I truly enjoy connecting with people. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help people manage stress and deal with daily life
