My Approach to Helping

It's not easy..asking for help. You may feel lost, confused and ashamed this is happening and you are not sure where to turn. Reaching out for help speaks to your readiness to improve your life and circumstance. This is a step forward.
Working together, we will address what's most important, whether depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, PTSD related symptoms or anger management issues. I believe in a strong therapeutic relationship and offer mindful, nonjudgmental support so you may begin to live the life you thrive for. We will work hard, incorporating aspects of mindfulness based cognitive therapy and solution focused strategies to help you find what you are looking for.

More Info About My Practice

Along with my mental health treatment credentials and my goal-oriented, positive behavioral approach, I have a background as an executive inside a Fortune 50 company. This permits me intimate insight into various challenges professionals face in today's modern stressful environment. This amelioration enhances my ability to work as an agent of change by providing my acumen and experience; nonetheless, I believe each person is finally responsible to facilitate the changes that are best suited to their genuine selves.

Also, I accept Blue Shield, CHIPA, Health Net, Victim Assistance and am happy to provide a super-bill.
