I work with individuals struggling with toxic parental relationships that are overridden with guilt and shame when trying to stand up for their needs. We cannot change the past nor control the future but we can change how we respond. I assist you in building healthy boundaries that allow you to have healthier relationships, not only with others, but also with yourself.
I help individuals to reduce stress, anxiety, guilt, shame and depression. I also work with individuals to rebuild self-confidence and self-esteem. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral approaches, compassion focused therapy; as well as parts work to help individuals recover from life distress and trauma.
