Are you someone who is struggling with depression, anxiety, or just frustration with daily life? I believe everyone would benefit from having an impartial person that can listen, create and work on achieving life goals, and help you to get your personal needs met is key in improving and maintaining your quality of life. Reducing stress is most people's number one priority, and I understand and want to help.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 22 years of experience in the mental health field, and I enjoy working with people who just want to feel better about life, regardless of age, as well as people who want focused treatment on current symptoms. While I specialize in depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, I welcome anyone who needs support.
