Hello and I am looking forward to working together! I love working with clients for both in person and teletherapy appointments in Ohio, Kentucky, Florida and Missouri. I work with adults who have concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, to relationship issues, addiction issues, LGBTQ+ spectrum and life transitionschallenges. I believe that a quality therapeutic relationship is built on trust and authenticity. Therapy is about change, gaining skills, knowledge and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. I work hard with my clients and support them to make the changes they want to make. I am certified in Reality Therapy and utilize skills from trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, Mindfulness, IFS, DBT, and TCBT. I understand how issues from our past and our present can sometimes make it hard to live the lives we want to live. I work to make therapy comfortable and supportive so we can tackle life's challenges together. Therapy can be scary and sometimes down-right challenging work, but I believe that it can also be fun and very meaningful. I want my clients to find true value in our work together and I believe that the first start is for me to create an authentic and safe environment in which they can grow and make life-changing decisions.
