My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling stressed? Anxious? Overwhelmed? We just went through a difficult few years, and finding joy and fulfillment in our daily lives can be hard when there are bills to pay and endless errands to run. Hard, but not impossible. Therapy can help you build the skills to navigate life’s challenges with gratitude and authenticity. Is it a magic wand? Of course not, it takes work and a determined commitment to yourself. But with a dedicated time to focus on minimizing your fears, learning coping skills, and building your self-esteem and relationship skills, life can feel less draining and far more enjoyable.
As a therapist, I am warm, nonjudgmental, and direct. I am by no means a robot - I'm a real person who will engage with you, champion you, and sometimes confront you. I incorporate humor and kindness into every session, and I am honored to get to know you as you are and help you evolve into the best version of you.
