My Approach to Helping

My approach to helping my clients is, first and foremost, building a trusting relationship with them. We do our best work when we get along with the people we're working with, and I aim to build a connection with all my clients so we can be authentic and open with one another. I recognize the individuality of all my clients, and the course of treatment is based on each individual's unique needs, personality, and strengths.

I want my clients to know I am here for them, and I am grateful to spend my time helping them to heal, grow, and lead more fulfilling lives. I am deeply committed to social justice and advocacy, and warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. I am straightforward and honest with my clients, and there is a lot of laughter and joy built into the hard work of healing. I specialize in healing from trauma through acceptance, processing, and building self-confidence and authenticity. Your life is yours, and I'm here to help you make the most out of it.
