My Approach to Helping
I don't believe therapy needs to last forever. I provide a hybrid of therapy and coaching which allows you to understand the emotional reasons why you are feeling dissatisfied, disillusioned and confused while simultaneously setting and achieving your goals. Through my blend of therapy and coaching, we'll tackle your anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships and identity, to just name a few.
Together we will reshape how you see yourself and your world by examining your beliefs, looking at their origins and begin to re-write your story. The goal of our sessions will be to help you:

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
Being a therapist is an honor. There is no other profession where a person in pain is willing to put their trust in you and allow you to hold their secrets. I feel privileged that someone would allow me to help them figure what is making them feel stuck in their lives. As corny as it sounds, I do feel like I am making a difference in the world.
Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
It is important to feel like your therapist is someone you can trust and feel comfortable with. A therapist should challenge you but not make you feel bad about yourself or the choices you have made or are still making. This is a process the two of you are going through together, therefore the person you ultimately choose should make you feel supported and understood.
