My Approach to Helping

I believe that counseling should be pursued without shame or judgment. Making the decision to invest in your personal wellness through counseling takes courage, and that decision should be treated with care. I offer treatment for teens and adults (14+) using an integrative treatment approach. This simply means that I am flexible, and will tailor treatment to meet your specific needs. I place a high value on listening first, talking through your concerns, highlighting strengths, exploring difficulties and setting goals. I believe that the key to wellness begins with connection, and I look forward to working with you!
