My approach is to provide a safe and supportive space to work through any obstacles you may be facing. We will work together to create and achieve attainable goals. I can include alternative therapies, such as Reiki (energy clearing) and sound healing, in our sessions, at your request.

We will first perform a 1520-minute mental health consultation to determine the best fit within the practice. From there, we will send you forms so we can set up an intake evaluation and ongoing sessions. We do not provide medication management. Please allow me 24-48 hours to respond when scheduling a consultation.
