My Approach to Helping
Are you noticing that you're having big reactions to triggers? Or do big emotions lead to shame, avoidance, unstable relationships, anxiety, and low motivation? Maybe you're stressed all of the time, or have panic attacks, or find yourself constantly on devices. These are signs of underlying issues that can be treated with EMDR therapy. My approach is to focus on building trust in our relationship so that we can dive deeper into painful issues that may be keeping you from feeling successful, content, or even just okay. I provide a validating, supportive, calm environment to begin to explore and heal.
Let's approach this as a team, and help you feel better sooner. It's so hard to try to resolve mental health stuff ourselves. I am EMDR Certified and would love to partner with you to get you the life you want.
