What's My Approach to Therapy?
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels natural and supportive. My approach is relaxed and collaborative - I will always "meet you" where you are without judgement. It does not matter if you are navigating stress, feeling stuck, experiencing depression, trying to cope with loss, or having a difficult time managing anxiety symptoms. I will provide a safe space where you can show up as yourself, and together we will explore your needs, build your strengths, and find ways to implement the changes you want.
