What's My Approach to Therapy?

Shame, feeling different, experiencing depression or anxiety, and facing relationship issues or conflicts with oneself and/or the world are some of the issues I commonly provide help with.

I believe that deep psychological and emotional change is achievable through Jungian-informed depth psychotherapy and dreamwork (which is always optional). The work I offer focuses on depth work to reduce the influence of the unconscious, which can look like addressing triggers, somatic symptoms, default patterns, reactions, rigid attitudes, depression, anxiety, mood swings, or a crisis of meaning... the list can go on. This type of therapy helps expand consciousness and create meaningful change.

I hope to offer you welcoming, inclusive, and trauma-sensitive care. I have training and certifications in trauma, complex trauma, and shame.
