During our time together, we will foster a unique space for us to explore, try on ideas, and be curious about what is at the center of your experience. In this exploration, we are able to discover an identity that feels true to you, an identity that promotes personal agency, resiliency, and freedom. We will look at patterns in relationships to yourself and to others, explore the emotions or motivations held in these experiences, and understand how these experiences have shaped your present life. I welcome your feelings, thoughts, memories, and dreams, as these elements can offer insight as to what may be at the core of your struggles. I have experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, childhood trauma, and complex PTSD. I help individuals and couples who have experienced family issues, struggles with relationships and attachment, women's health and fertility issues, sexual abuse, and experiences of incarceration. I also work with those in search of individual meaning, identity, and authenticity.
