My Approach to Helping
I strive to provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment for clients to foster greater self-acceptance, develop healthy coping strategies, and maximize their strengths. I use an integrative approach to help individuals grow and expand their powers and cultivate intentions such as kindness, patience, compassion, strength, and responsibility. Change happens when we gain awareness and learn to connect our bodies and emotions. Clients can identify their challenges, set attainable goals, and move into an empowered sense of wellness through this process.
I bring over 20 years of experience working in various settings with diverse clients. I have helped those with anxiety, depression, gender identity, addiction, life coaching, self-esteem, relationships, parenting issues, adolescents, ADHD, chronic pain, young adults, middle-aged and elderly, etc. I hope to be a trusting and reliable therapist who will support you through your healing journey.
