My Approach to Helping
I will meet you where you\'re at. Whatever level of pain, hurt, discomfort or desire you\'re experiencing, I will meet you there.
My approach is simple: to listen. I want therapy to be about you. Everyone is uniquely made; therefore, there cannot be a cookie-cutter approach to treatment. I listen to your story, what you hope to achieve and we work out a plan together. I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to help give you a well-rounded therapeutic experience.
I\'m also honest. I guide you through breaking those chains of destructive and undesirable behaviors that plague your life - I do it with honesty. My approach is never through a false narrative.
