I believe that as we deepen our understanding of ourselves, we are able to recognize the ways in which we are impacted by our experiences. This deepened awareness can help us be our most authentic selves and cultivate newfound meaning within our lives. I work with individuals, couples, families, and youth and offer a free consultation to see if I am the right therapist to support your through this journey.

Within this perspective, I am also interested in understanding the impact you have on your relationships with others and how these relationships influence your own sense of wellbeing. Understanding the contextual aspects affecting your life, helps us to create a holistic and individualized approach in our sessions together.
