My Approach to Helping
Hi! Dr. Sheila here. Thanks for clicking on my profile. Please know that because of the COVID-19 Pandemic all my sessions are virtual. Until I know that we can all be 100% safe, I will not be resuming in person sessions. If you are open to online therapy, read on. Now, before I tell you about me, I’d like to learn about you. Why are you here? Do you want to do better in life but don’t know how to get there or how to get unstuck? Do you want to fill the gap between where you are and where your potential could take you? Are you seeking more harmony and balance in life? More happiness and fulfillment? Maybe you want to lose weight, stop a bad habit, change careers, or get into a relationship? Whatever your reason, having a trusted a sounding board, someone to listen to you and help you figure out a strategy to get from Point A to Point is a great idea.
I’d like to be that person for you. So, who am I? I am a psychologist, coach, University professor and (would you believe?) a former practicing attorney. I have decades of experience helping people figure out what they want and how to get it with either psychotherapy or coaching depending on what they need and where they.
