Your group becomes your 'go-to' support system to help you understand why you make the choices you do, improve your relationships, eliminate unhealthy habits and master the skills to change your life.
I am a Psychologist and Certified Group Psychotherapist. "Group" has been my specialty for over twenty years. My groups meet weekly for 90 minutes and are limited to 10 people.
