Shawn Phalen, LMFT. I believe we all deserve to live a life that is fulfilling and deeply satisfying, where one can embody their truest self. I have 14 years of experience working in different healthcare settings. I am particularly skilled in working with individuals who struggle with substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and loss. I also work with couples and families. My goal as I work with clients is to help facilitate personal growth, increase self-esteem, and meet each client where they are in the process of self-discovery.
