My Approach to Helping

I work primarily with women and teens who are struggling with their self image. I love working with other helpers too - teachers, therapists, medical providers, college students, and non profit workers. I find that so many driven and successful career women need emotional support because of the emotional labor they are giving each day.
I want to help you start looking at yourself in a new light. You aren’t a burden and you’re not crazy. I truly see being a therapist as a privilege and strive to create a space that’s challenging and collaborative. I work best with clients looking for a long term and supportive ear.
