I provide therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and life stressors. I often work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. My practice is a good fit for people who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted beneath the surface. I also work with clients navigating family conflict, boundary issues, attachment wounds, communication problems, marital or relationship distress, and unresolved trauma that continues to affect daily functioning. In addition, I have a strong interest in supporting first responders, crime survivors, and individuals coping with chronic stress, responsibility, or emotionally demanding life circumstances. My approach is especially helpful for clients who want therapy that is both practical and depth-orientedtherapy that addresses current symptoms while also helping them understand the deeper patterns driving distress. Whether someone is seeking trauma therapy, anxiety therapy, couples counseling, therapy for life transitions, or support for relationship challenges, I aim to provide thoughtful, grounded, and tailored care.
