Hello, I’m Nedra, a licensed professional counselor in Michigan with a broad background in supporting clients across all stages of life. Over the years, I have helped individuals manage a variety of concerns, including chronic pain, addiction, behavioral challenges, depression, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, phobias, life transitions, and workplace stress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to face their challenges and make lasting, meaningful changes. My work is grounded in a strong desire to help people connect with their inner strength and recognize the worth they already possess. I am especially passionate about working with individuals who are ready to engage in the therapeutic process, seek clarity, and move forward with support as they navigate life’s difficulties. I believe that healing and growth are possible for everyone, and I am here to walk alongside you through that journey. My approach centers on active listening, thoughtful insight, and genuine understanding. As a certified advanced mind-body medicine practitioner, I also incorporate holistic techniques that address both emotional and physical well-being.
