My Approach to Helping
Are you experiencing depression andor anxiety? I’ve been helping men and women become happier and more fulfilled through Christian counseling over the course of two decades. In addition to being a successful therapist I’ve been retained by dozens of companies (Like ATT, Pepsi and IBM) to train employees on goal setting, motivation, problem solving, decision making, self esteem and a host of other mental health related topics. I’m the published author of four books, providing practical tools and inspirational principles that lead to greater joy and peace of mind. My training manual has been used to teach self improvement courses for over a million employees around the world. I am also a University professor - at both the undergraduate and graduate school levels, specializing in Psychology, Bible and Adult education.

I practice Cognitive Behavior Therapy because it is the type of counseling that has the best track record of helping people experience positive life change. There are hundreds of studies that verify the effectiveness of this treatment modality. On top of utilizing the best therapuetic practices I have a unique counseling style.
