Sarah Manley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board-Certified Art Therapist (AT-BC) with over 10 years of experience in supporting individuals in reaching their wellness goals. Sarah specializes in supporting individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and co-occurring symptoms. Sarah completed her graduate studies at Drexel University. Sarah utilizes a trauma informed care approach with each client and works to build compassionate rapport. Sarah practices with a patient centered mindset and pulls from various interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), to support a client's needs.
