My Approach to Helping
If you are struggling with feeling either fearful, overwhelmed, anxious, sadness due to grief or loss, I understand how difficult that can be. You might be having a difficult time and cannot get past what you are experiencing. Or you may be on guard and worried something awful will happen, and your life is out of your control. You may also experience sleeplessness, or are constantly thinking about what happened to you. At times, you may avoid people or situations and other times you may feel disconnected or numb, as if things are happening around you. Even though you may feel alone, know that many people in your circumstance need support, considering the many challenges you are facing.

• or grieving the loss of a loved one
Even if you are overwhelmed with feelings like these, Therapy can help.
