My Approach to Helping

I believe in you. We often feel as if no one is in our corner and the helplessness is suffocating. The dread is tangible and we simply want to be seen for who we are or want to be. When walking through this journey with me, we will uncover what makes you most happy during even the most uncomfortable moments. I seek to maintain a secure, comforting, and transparent space with no judgment or shame. Any concern is welcome to be included in sessions, such as: confidence, communication issues, sex, anxiety, spirituality, and addiction.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A), I have found couples and families worry their therapist will "choose a side" during therapy. Empathy, neutrality, and unconditional positive regard are the pillars of my approach to therapy. Through the use of MFT's unique systemic approach, I have led clients to their own solutions.
My clients regularly express their appreciation for my warm, transparent, and unbiased approach. I am happy to journey through any and all issues with practices anchored in evidenced based practices. If you are uncomfortable talking on the phone to schedule an appointment, please use the appointments tab on my website.
