My Approach to Helping

I know it takes a great deal of time and courage to reach out for support and help. I'm guessing you are in some form of emotional and/or physical pain and need an unbiased, non-judgemental person to assist you with exploring healthy ways to cope...even to just listen. Maybe you've engaged in therapy before, but it wasn't the right time or it was not the right fit. Imagine working with a caring person, who is there to listen and help walk with you on your journey, exploring various ways to help you to release the silent, lonely screams you hold within or attempt to mask on a daily basis. What if I told you, you have many of the resources within you. My job will be to support you, and work with you to enhance the skills you need to have a more whole and fulfilling life by tapping into these resources utilizing nature, creativity and other forms of therapy adapted to your needs. Contact me and lets explore if this type of experience will be a good fit for you.

More Info About My Practice

Because I am often the first individual to hear of traumatic experiences from those whom I consult, this has led me to become an out-of-network provider. All services are self-pay. You can visit my website to learn more about this by reviewing the FAQ page on the menu tab.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Many people are told seeking and/or asking for help is a sign of weakness. Maybe you've experienced this and have held on to this belief.

On the contrary, seeking help takes "guts", it takes bravery and even a slight bit of boldness because to get help, you have to show vulnerability. You are stronger than you think. To enhance this strength, just may be the key for you to move forward. If so, you've come to the right page and I would love to assist you on your journey.
