My Approach to Helping
We can all become stuck, overwhelmed, hopeless, or just feel we’re not living our best lives for many different reasons. Through partnering with me, we will work through the feelings of overwhelm to help you gain insight, process through difficult life experiences, and develop healthier coping skills.
I specialize in women experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. Through a relational, empathetic, and trauma-focused approach, it is my hope that you feel safe, heard, and seen. I am EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) trained and offer other modalities tailored to your therapy goals. It would be a privilege to support you in your mental health journey!
