My Approach to Helping
Life can feel heavy when relationships are strained, parenting feels relentless, or your body no longer moves the way it used to. Even the most resilient people can feel lost in the weight of change, pain, or emotional exhaustion. I work with people who are ready to move through anxiety, depression, and disconnection toward clarity, confidence, and lasting stability. My approach integrates evidence-based therapy, inviting in spirituality, intuition, and meaningful self-reflection. Together, we’ll strengthen your relationships, restore your sense of self, and create real, lasting transformation.
I help people build stronger relationships and more fulfilling lives. I offer support with premarital counseling, communication, intimacy, parenting, healing after infidelity, and divorce. I also guide adults on their personal wellness journey through anxiety, stress, grief, body image, and chronic pain and illness.
With expertise, optimism, and a solution-focused approach—and your willingness to grow—I’ve seen real, lasting change. Clients say my humor and compassionate, down-to-earth style help them feel safe and understood. Healing happens in connection. Together, we'll create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and never alone in your journey.
