I look forward to meeting you and discussing what you are struggling with and how therapy with me can be helpful. I have an eclectic style and use a variety of therapeutic skills to help you move through stress and heal from painful experiences. My approach includes mindfulness, somatic, and cognitive-behavioral-based techniques, and the focus of sessions is adjusted throughout our time together to best serve your needs.

My Role as a Therapist
I believe myself to be a skilled therapist that combines both my extensive training in psychology and counseling with interpersonal connections and personal growth. I've been a therapist for over 15 years, bringing active listening, perceptiveness, support, and progress to every therapy session with my clients.
