My Approach to Helping
I am a trauma-informed, EMDR trained therapist who works from a relational, psychodynamic perspective that integrates a variety of techniques to best meet your needs. In a supportive, collaborative manner I will work with you to understand the struggles you face and how you can make the changes you desire. Our therapeutic process will be viewed through a mindfulness lens with an emphasis on increasing self-awareness and present-moment focus while nurturing self-compassion.
