What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’re feeling stuck, silenced, or unsure how to move forward, we are here to help you be seen, heard, and gradually released into a freer, more authentic life. At Logos Healing Institute, our approach to helping begins with safety and relationship. We believe healing happens through connection—when we feel seen, understood, and no longer alone in our pain. Our therapists work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and experiential lens, including modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and somatic approaches to help integrate the parts of self-impacted by trauma. Together, we work gently with your nervous system, exploring both the mind and body’s responses to pain. My role, as your therapist, is to walk beside you—never to fix you—but to help you rediscover the strength and wisdom that already exist within. Healing is possible, and it begins with being met where you are.
