My Approach to Helping
Do you need an evening or a weekend appointment? Do you need counseling for yourself or your teen? Are you a college student struggling with the transition to adulthood? I provide a warm, relaxed and soothing environment for the treatment of depression, anxiety, self- esteem, stress management, life coaching, bipolar and the loss of a relationship.
You will get support outside of the session in the form of handouts, email communication, and resources. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my primary focus and treat teens for behavioral issues and self-harm as well.
In my counseling, I work to promote a client's natural ability to make positive choices for their lives and develop healthy coping skills and a positive self-image. I hope to offer a safe, empathic environment for Clients to process life's pain and struggles while empowering Clients to obtain control of their lives.
