My Approach to Helping

I work with clients experiencing a myriad of challenges such as fear, low self worth, relationship issues, illness, chronic pain, grief and loneliness. I have also worked extensively with individuals experiencing Borderline Personality Disorder and other personality disorder diagnosis. No matter the diagnosis, there is possibility and hope.
My perspective is rooted in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), an evidence based therapy with the goal of minimizing suffering and increasing health and happiness.
