For two decades, I’ve helped individuals, couples, teens, and families discover their inner strengths and resources, improve their sense of freedom and relatedness, and renew their sense of purpose. I am an expert in happiness and positive psychology and have extensive training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and couples therapy. I take an integrative approach, bringing together well-known and effective treatment styles tailored to my patients’ goals.
