My Approach to Helping
I use an integrative healing model designed to enhance well-being (peace, happiness, love, joy, harmony)and reduce emotional distress and conflicts (depression, anxiety, hurt, anger, guilt, shame, trauma, relationship and marital/family problems). I encourage clients to learn how to forgive themselves and others and to use gratitude daily while learning a variety of tools/techniques to reduce distress drawn from a variety of disciplines. I am easy to talk to, kind, compassionate, understanding, thorough, solution oriented and caring.

Creating Well-Being: the Healing Path to Love, Peace, Self-Esteem and Happiness (R and E Publishers, 1989; The Forgiveness Solution: The Whole Body Rx for Finding True Happiness, Abundant Love and Inner Peace" (Conari Press, 2010) and the Integrative Healing Manual.
