My Approach to Helping
Maybe even though you’ve been trying your best, you're still struggling to shake the anxiety or depression that’s always clung to you. Or maybe life used to feel full of excitement and opportunity and over time you lost them and now you just feel like you’re going through the motions. Maybe there have been some dramatic shifts in your personal or professional life that you thought you’d have recovered from by now, but haven’t yet.
I believe that the challenges we face don’t have to be the things that define us, but that we all possess the ability to overcome them to build the kind of life we are excited to live. Sometimes the only way out of what we’ve been stuck in is through it – to face the things that have been holding us back while taking another step toward our future. To me, therapy is that space where we can map out where we’re at, where we want to be, and the best way to get there.
