I enjoy helping clients dismantle old messages of shame and fear. They learn those prior messages were typically not accurate, and create new ones.
I provide a space that is gentle and supportive, where you can freely express your inner needs or conflicts. I provide tools to help you achieve your goals toward personal growth and improved peace of mind. Everyone is unique, and I cater therapy to each person, dependent on individual needs or preference. I want to help you be successful, and have effective tools for the future. My work with clients is non judgmental, and all are welcome.
