My Approach to Helping
I believe in transformation - yours (and mine), and that the draw towards the good is irresistible. I want to know your story, how you tell it, and where you hope it will go. As your unfoldment happens (and, yes, it's always messy), it can be helpful to have a partner in this incredibly difficult yet doable work. As you move from less happy to more happy, you'll have an ally. Give me a relatively positive thought that your mind can embrace, and I will run with it. Calls are typically returned within two hours.
More Info About My Practice
Identity matters and how you see yourself can make all the difference in the world. Your sessions will have a sanctuary-like feel - a quiet place where you can explore your experience, and breathe a little easier, for just a bit, before going back into the world.
