My Approach to Helping
There is no better investment you can make than your family and mental health. Healthy family relationships are very attainable. I have a deep calling for building marital family relationships, improving parenting skills, and helping children and adolescents with a variety of emotional behavior problems. You can become healthier, no matter how broken your background may be.
My approach to counseling is very direct and practical. Counseling is not only a safe place for emotional support, it is a place to learn concrete tools and gain direction for your life. Counseling is hard work and emotionally draining at times but it will change your life in the most significant ways. Be encouraged if you are seeking help, not ashamed. Acknowledging your need for positive change shows maturity and I take great joy in helping people reach their goals.

More Info About My Practice
I am an outlet for you anytime you need me. Counseling is my life's calling and I make myself available 6 days a week: Monday-Saturday. The hourly fee is $120 for a 50 minute session. I'm in network with Blue Cross Blue Sheild and Cigna but if I am out of your network the fees are collected up front. You will then be provided with a receipt that may be filed to your insurance for reimbursement. Every receipt has all the information the insurance company needs to file a claim. Do not hesitate to call if you have any questions or financial concerns.
